I work in Independent Education and my main professional focus at present is trying to find out just how good schools are organised and managed. My current role is as Headmaster at St. Joseph’s In The Park in Hertingfordbury, Hertfordshire and I also have a position at Flamstead Village School as Chair of Governors.
